House of Momenzadeh

This website itself — a digital home bringing worlds, work, books, and collaboration pathways together in one place.

Role: Founder, content author & project lead

Context

Activities, projects, and writing lived across scattered platforms that lost the bigger picture.

Problem

Without a single reference point, a coherent introduction for audiences, press, and future collaborators was difficult.

Insight

The site needed to behave like a house, not a brochure — a place to stay and explore, not just pass through.

Vision

A living digital atelier connecting every world of activity through one interactive constellation.

Strategy

Designing the information architecture before any visual decision, and building a real CMS from day one.

Process

Defining six core worlds, designing a bilingual design system, and building each section with real content.

My role

Defined the concept, content structure, and led the full build of the site.

Team

Built with Claude Code as a development collaborator.

Design & technology

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and a headless CMS for independent content management.

Challenges

Designing a cinematic, detail-rich experience that still stays fast, accessible, and manageable.

Solution

Separating real content from visual effects from the start of the architecture, so each can evolve independently.

Outputs

This website — from the design system to the pages, components, and CMS schema.
